KONY 2012

     For a propaganda poster I drew Joseph Kony a Uganda warlord. In addition I drew a young boy with Ak-47, a combat weapon that Kony uses to forcefully train these children to kill innocent people. He is one of the most wanted listed number one of the world. Joseph Kony needs to be stopped for his cruel war actions againast Uganda and other African countries.It is not fair for the children or the citizens.

The world should know about Joseph Kony he is a criminal that uses war tactics to be in power. He abducts his own people including children and families in Africa to serve as soldiers in the rebel group he created L.R.A. Now that U.S is involve in the capture of KONY the world will become a better place for everyone.

KAYD Foundation Logo

    For my second draft on the KAYD Foundation Logo I decided to draw a different camel.

The other camel I had drew before looked to cartoonish. In addition I added the continent of Africa inside a world with a leave branch on top of it. The leave branch represents the natural resources in Africa. I changed the text completely and added black, green, and red which represents the African Flag.

     The KAYD Foundation Logo I created is a camel with the font colors of Africa green and red. This organization helps many African people in need. I used the program Illustrator to draw out the camel and type the fonts. This organization can also benefit many Africans in need,overall I think it is a useful resource for the people who need it.

Spring Break

    For my final we had to create a video for live from the Hive. My partner was Nathan. Since we had already done the personal story project. It was a great experience, I learned how to use a professional camera.  I met new people who we recorded for live from the Hive. In addition I learned new tips for the camera for example how to white balance, zoom , and contrast the picture.

Flash Animation

   My flash animation was not a great experience, I kind of slacked off and waited for the last minute to finish. I should of finished it a long time ago. It would not have been lost on the computer. It was my responsibility to finish. Therefore I am going to deal with the grade I get.
   My flash started off with a moon cut with an oval. Then a sun going down to a sunset.I had drew a green truck that would move towards a house. The house was blue, it had two windows and a door. In addition it had a driveway. It is my fault I waited for the last day to finish therefore it was lost on the computer I was using before.

Christmas Card

 

   I did my own Holiday card using photoshop. I think is better creating your own card instead of buying one because you put your time on it. I have worked with photoshop before so this project was easy. My card says Feliz Navidad which means Merry Christmas in spanish. I am mexican, so I decided to stay true to my roots.
